Phase 3 provided project management for the development of this new construction project in Clark County, NV. By managing the architects, engineers, and designers, we successfully achieved planning approval in 2022, and we’re looking forward to working through the design of construction documents and the eventual delivery of over 100 units of much needed housing in the busy Las Vegas market.
