Willowbrook Apartments in Bay Point, CA was a successful LIHTC substantial rehab which included full interior renovation of 72 units, the accessibility modification of 8 units for residents with mobility and sensory disabilities, window replacement, roof replacement, complete replacement of exterior siding and stucco, and the installation of new steel carports. We really enjoyed working in the East Bay area for this project, and were excited to be a part of the preservation of affordable housing in this neighborhood.
