Rosslyn Lofts was a unique endeavor - the conversion of a 100 year old historic hotel in Downtown Los Angeles to affordable ‘micro lofts.’ New building-wide infrastructure was needed for the addition of kitchenettes in each unit and for modern HVAC. Westport Construction was the GC and Phase 3 represented the developer from pre-development through project completion as Construction Project Manager.
