This was a wonderfully challenging scattered site project in Seaside, CA. Phase 3 completed a LIHTC rehab of 133 units dispersed in 44 buildings on 10 separate sites in a dense residential community on the hillside overlooking Monterey Bay. The scope of work included full interior renovation, accessibility modifications, electrical service upgrades and meter panel replacement, balcony repairs, and seismic retrofitting. We loved the coordination of work throughout a neighborhood of narrow one-way streets, and we couldn’t have been as successful as we were without the help of the wonderful residents of Seaview Village, who were always happy to point us in the right direction!
