Bella Vista Apartments, in San Diego, CA was a successful LIHTC substantial rehab which included full interior renovation of 170 units, the modification of 17 units to be accessible for people with mobility and sensory disabilities, roof replacement, window replacement, site modifications for accessibility, and replumbing all ground floor units. We also added a sorely needed playground to the site, which has become a favorite gathering place for the families and children who call Bella Vista home.
